Questions

Before you reserve.

Do I have to get in the ice?

No. The ice bath is always optional. You can join everything else and decide in the moment. Choosing is part of the practice.

I’ve never done this. Will I be okay?

The experience is built for first-timers. Before anyone goes near the ice, we practise the breathing together and walk through exactly how to enter and exit.

How long do people stay in the ice?

There’s no target time and no endurance test. Stay only as long as feels right, with a facilitator beside you.

Who shouldn’t do an ice bath?

If you have a heart condition, uncontrolled blood pressure, a pregnancy, or a history of fainting or seizures, check with your doctor first. Tell us about any health concerns when you reserve.

What do I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can get wet, a towel, a change of clothes, a water bottle and slippers.

Can I bring my barkada or team?

Yes. Choose “Barkada” or “Company” in the form and tell us how many. We can also plan a private session.
